How We Find Answers
Accurate diagnosis is the foundation of effective treatment. Our accredited laboratory uses the latest technology to capture a complete picture of your sleep.

In-Lab Polysomnography
Our accredited sleep laboratory monitors brain activity, oxygen levels, heart rate, breathing, and movement throughout the night. The gold standard for diagnosing complex sleep disorders.
- EEG, EOG, EMG monitoring
- Respiratory effort & airflow tracking
- Oxygen saturation & heart rate
- Video recording for movement analysis

Home Sleep Testing
A streamlined test you perform in the comfort of your own bed. Ideal for diagnosing obstructive sleep apnea, with results typically available within days.
- No overnight hospital stay
- Simple wearable device
- Results reviewed by board-certified physician
- Covered by most insurance plans

MSLT / MWT
The Multiple Sleep Latency Test and Maintenance of Wakefulness Test measure how quickly you fall asleep and how well you can stay awake — essential for diagnosing narcolepsy and hypersomnia.
- Narcolepsy & hypersomnia diagnosis
- Occupational fitness evaluation
- Serial nap protocol (MSLT)
- Extended monitoring capability
Evidence-Based Therapies
Every patient receives a tailored treatment plan — from conservative first-line therapies to the most advanced implantable devices available.
PAP Therapy
CPAP, BiPAP, and APAP therapy remain the most effective treatments for sleep apnea. We provide full titration studies, mask fitting, and ongoing compliance support.
Inspire Therapy
FDA-approved upper airway stimulation for sleep apnea patients who cannot tolerate CPAP. A small implanted device monitors breathing and gently stimulates airway muscles during sleep.
CBT-I
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia is the most effective long-term treatment for chronic insomnia — outperforming sleep medications without dependence or side effects.
remede® System
The remed℮ System treats central sleep apnea by stimulating the phrenic nerve, restoring normal breathing during sleep — the only FDA-approved therapy for this condition.
Medication Management
Specialized pharmacological management for narcolepsy, idiopathic hypersomnia, restless legs syndrome, and circadian rhythm disorders — tailored to each patient's needs.
Clinical Research Trials
As an academic sleep center, we offer eligible patients access to clinical research trials for novel therapies — often at no cost and supervised by our research director Dr. Saini.
